We recently received some emails from Kate of Vintage Charmings. She brought Decopatch to the Mega Meet Show and in Kate’s words, “It was the star of the SHOW!!!!!” After doing small make and takes, first time users were hooked. They just loved the paper and the glue.
Below are some pictures with captions by Kate. Enjoy!!!

Our booth always looks like this, it is set up like a French brocante (tag sale) with everything you see for sale. Decopatch papers and glue are showcased.

This is the part of the booth where we hold our free make and takes. Usually, two sometimes three at a time. When we are at rubberstamp shows or Scrapbook shows most people have not done any decoupage before, so it is true missionary work. But if you can get a person to take the class, they will buy paper and most of the time glue. People who come back always get more than they first did.

A closer look at our make & take space with Paperpatch at the ready!

To get people to really see the brillance of Decopatch and Paperpatch, we have them decoupage wooden letters or numbers that they can then make into a pin or use on a piece of their art. Since the letters are complex shapes, they see how well it all performs and are hooked.

I had this display custom made for me. It is great and shows the papers perfectly.
If you were at the Mega Meet (or not for that matter),
Send us some emails with pictures of your Decopatch creations!

Paula Stenberg recently added a post to her blog and it just so happens to be her latest Decopatch adventure… Decorating her iMac computer!

Pretty neat! Definitely a wonderful touch to an ordinary, everyday item.

How did everyone like the Webisode? I thought it was really great. Jami did a fabulous job.
I think the puzzle idea is very creative and would be a great project for kids. I especially like the photo frames at the end of the episode. I loveeeeeeee the black and white floral design.
